Happy Wednesday skrillas. Today's Copycat Lookbook outfit is inspired by an ensemble Alexa Chung recently wore to an event. So simple; a hunter green sweater, a leather skirt, a hat and black heels. I chose to take the look in a sportier direction with the pieces I already owned and I'll be honest....I wasn't even going to get these booties but I'm sure you have noticed I have been rocking the heck out of them lately.

And although I'm not as foul mouthed or fashion brazen as Alexa, she does inspire me to step up my game. So cheers to you Alexa Chung, you bloody awesome style maven.

Ok you guys, I have been swooning over the Stella & Dot Estate Bib Necklace since it came out in July and I finally bit the big one and bought it! It's a bit of a splurge but totally worth it......(it doesn't hurt that I get to justify it as a "business purchase" being a Stella & Dot Stylist and all).  Oh my word it was love at first sight....I love a statement necklace that I can throw on with a baseball tee and leather ball cap and know that it will carry the whole outfit, my glitter loafers are totes jealous. Anywho's I was totally excited to meet for lunch with my friend Molly yesterday from still being [Molly] and when she turned the corner we both giggled out loud when we saw matching leather skirts with tights....great minds people, great minds. BUT I'm heading off to the mountains of West Virginia today with my husband's family for the annual mountain trip so wish me luck (although it has gotten less scary since this is my 3rd year going and I did give birth to the youngest grandbaby in the group so I have still have some clout bahaha....
