Ok so I know I'm always saying that I'm obsessed with things...but it's because I really am!!! And right now my obsession list includes: Essie nail color in "Navigate Her'....ahhh I love the name and the shade; doodle (always an obsession); style mint....over the past couple of months I have just been snatching up their items left and right; my new Olivia Bib Necklace and of course colored skinnies! Doodle was kind of obsessing over my floral print kimono....but only because he was kind of chilly!

I would like to start off today by saying thank you for all of the support on yesterday's post, you actually like me! And that makes me sooo happy. Next, let me preface this story by saying when I was pregnant last summer and my due date came and went and there was still no doodle man I went a little crazy, another week passed by and I was massive, full of hormones and sweating like a 300 pound man so I did what always makes me feel better...I went shopping! But I couldn't buy clothes or shoes soooo I bought $200 worth of new makeup (the hormones made me a little cray-cray)....and this eyeshadow was part of my loot. It's Benefit's Velvet Eyeshadow in Raining Men and I'm obsessed with it! I started taking a flat angle brush and wearing it as eyeliner recently which allows me to get more use out of it because I can't really wear teal eyeshadow on a daily basis. If you are looking for a new eye shadow I would highly recommend this shade! That is all :)

After recently diving into fuscia lipstick I decided to try a tangerine shade next. I saw the perfect shade in a magazine and then hopped in my car like a crazy woman trying to find it....it was sold out in the first 3 stores I went to but low and behold Target came to my rescue, as usual. Its the new Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Moss in shade #12 and I'm now absolutely obsessed with it!!! Its the perfect punch of color to give a smoldering tangerine pout that ads just enough umph to a simple Spring ensemble. Soo if you are ready to try a new lipcolor, I say this should be the one!

I also suggest that you invest in a cream lace top for this Spring/ Summer, I've already come up with like 70 ways to wear mine, which you will be seeing soon!

First beauty post wahoo! Before having doodle I never really played with trends in the beauty department for fear of looking like a clown...but with my new found " I don't care what anyone else thinks" attitude I've started trying new things! One being fuscia lipstick, I was a skeptic at first BUT Maybelline's Color Sensational Lipcolor in "Fuscia Fever" is just so beautiful on I am a fuscia lipstick convert!!! If you are going to try out the trend I would definitely recommend stopping by the drugstore and picking this up!
PS yes, that is more construction work beside our hosue, how nice of you to notice, I sure do EVERY morning at 7 am :)
