What2Wear: When Life Hands You Lemons

top: stylemint// skirt: old navy// shoes: gucci// sunnies: ray ban// bag: louis vuitton// jewelry: stella&dot, michael kors

My sweet Andrew is 10 months old today. He surprises me on a daily basis with how stinking cute he is and on Sunday I got the best surprise so far....he started WALKING!! Those of you that know me know that Andrew was a complete SURPRISE....as in I didn't even know if I wanted to have children at all let alone when I was 23 but he is the most wonderful miracle my husband and I could have ever asked for. Doodle and I both felt like rocking some orange and pattern mixing in our outfits for today and I have to say I love both outfits. Anywho, I'm sure you have heard the phrase "when life hands you lemons you make lemonade," how boring and trite... Soo I just have to say that when life handed me lemons...I opened the fridge and pushed them aside to reach for my coffee creamer, because lawd knows I wouldn't have made it through the past 10 months without that coffee!!

What I Wore: Rebel Pendant Necklace available here

  19. awww I can't believe how cute he is! And 10 months old! How adorable!! Now that he's walking he'll be all over the place (I'm sure he already is, right?) But what do I know, I don't have any kids. I'm sure I'm in for a real surprise once I do. I give you major kudos, always dressing so lovely and caring for a baby!!! AND I'm absolutely obsessed with the skirt!! I'm so amazing! Is it recent? Everyone is posting amazing thing from Old Navy lately and I need to go in!

  23. Oh isn't it one of the greatest moments of our lives, my son started walking at the same age...I think that they just have the urge to explore the world and that we have to let them do what they want. My pediatrician told me not to allow him to walk because of the immature backbone but he did and now he is 2 and a half and ...running!!
    I love your skirt btw!
