I'm not usually a fan of bathing suit posts…..but I received so many comments on Instagram, Facebook and in person about this suit that I figured I would share it……and where to get it, so here you go….happy Wednesday :)

   

Team Work Makes the Dream Work

Sooo I can't stop wearing this shirt...I want to wear it with jeans, skirts, shorts......errthang. I wore this ensemble last week to a little Shawlsmith London event downtown with Morgan. I scored the most gorgeous (and incredibly soft) scarf that I'm going to be rocking all fall and winter long. Also, let me give props to the people at Shoemint......I brought doodle to the event with me and walked with him all the way from the parking garage a couple of blocks from the event.....stood most of the time we were there, then carried him back to the car in these 4 inch beauties and my feet did not hurt one second of that time. These shoes have now become a valuable part of my team....and what can I say, team work makes the dream work.

Despite qualms from my husband, there is an upside to being a clothes hoarder. I can almost guarantee you that if you name an occasion....I have the ensemble to  accompany it. Black tie, done... dive bar, done....cocktail attire, done....mommy playgroup, done. So, with wedding season in full swing, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding attire are required. I've had this dress since my bachelorette weekend and I wore it to a friend's bridal shower last weekend.  It felt like the perfect fit for a little rustic outdoor shower.  See all of you grumpy husband's out there.....we do it for a reason!!!!

As a lover of fashion I'm always wondering.....what's next? So....last Thursday I was supa excited to attend the Belk Spring 2013 Tour with the VP of Trend Merchandising and Fashion Direction Arlene Goldstein .   This week on the What2Wear Facebook page I'll be sharing with you what I took away from the presentation, including the top 10 things you need for Spring and I'll also be doing product reviews of the awesome items we got in our swag bags!! FYI, if you are in the market for some heels that double as weapons these are just the ticket....I tripped coming down the stairs in them and stabbed both ankles with the spikes.....there are literally a dozen tiny stab marks on both my ankles....happy Monday skrillas :)
