Hello blogosphere, I would say that I missed you while on vacation but we have such a love/hate relationship that I'll just say its nice to be back! I'll get some lake vacay posts up soon but I just had to share my weekend with you guys. I had the pleasure of attending a little soiree at a local boutique called Clothes Hound in Raleigh and it was such a great night. I was double dipping in mommy alone time because afterwards I got to swing by to wish one of my bff's Lindsey a happy birthday! Anywhos back to Clothes Hound, I got to see my new blogging soulmate Molly from still being [molly] and I got to meet 2 local bloggers, Angela from Head to Toe Chic who hosted the event and Marissa from Shabby Chic and Cheap. My pick for the evening? A cobalt blue silk blouse with black detailing that I got for an insanely good price...its absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it.....it was a pretty fabulous evening and Clothes Hound will definitely be one of my new hot spots in the area!! PS I love how all 4 of us bloggers are wearing white tops with fabulous bottoms....great minds think alike.
